Thought originally that this would be to heavy using battery from blower and mower. Not so after using it is well balanced. Getting use to longer blade took a little time but not cumbersome. So far very pleased. Only trimmed around home once.

Way better than expected. I was expecting the typical hype that out are soooooooooo much better than everyone else’s? Blah blah blah. No hype here! I ran these through what I would normally do and WOW! They blew through the job with virtual ease.

It’s very easy to use, it works great, I’m happy with it. It’s just a bit heavy so I can’t use it for too long before I have to put it down and take a break. I am a 62-year-old woman though.

I love my Ego hedge trimmer. I bought the 2.5 volt battery and it’s light enough now to manage without any problem.

My husband has really enjoyed this trimmer. He was upset when it quit working despite all his efforts to repair. The good news is Ego has a very good warranty program so we now have our 4 year old hedge trimmer in for repairs instead of having to buy a new hedge trimmer. It is wonderful that you can actually talk with a person when you have a problem that you can't fix. It is also wonderful that Ego promptly handled our warranty issue.

More than enough power for the amount of hedge clipping that I do. Not too heavy so easy to handle. Much better than clipping/trimming by hand. I'm glad I bought it!

EGO products are great, I have 2 other ego products too! The first hedge trimmer failed & ego replaced it asap!

The Ego Battery Powered 26" Hedge Trimmer is by far the best hedge trimmer I've used in my 75 years! (not all involved having a hedge trimmer). It's not too heavy, swivels cutting angle easily, dual-action blades aren't stopped easily and the battery lasts a long time. I highly recommend this trimmer!

Great trimmer and best of all...no darn cord to deal with or accidentally cut! A little heavier with the battery but the design gives you full support while you're trimming. I can trim in half the time with this great device! Definitely love it.

Very nice unit and cuts very well. The reason for four stars instead of five is due to the safety switch on the forward handle and due to constant adjusting of positions when trimming, the unit cuts off, as a the safety measure which can slow you down. I understand the need for it, but it is a bit cumbersome when it cuts off every time you change positions. I still highly recommend this as I have a lot of EGO products and love them.

The EGO Hedge Trimmer handles well. I thought the blades would move faster and be more powerful. We bought the EGO String Trimmer (Weed Wacker) last year and were surprised by the power it displayed. The Hedge Trimmer does the job but was not as impressive. I would, however, still recommend it.

This hedge trimmer performed flawlessly. Not having to drag a cord around and watching to avoid cutting it added greatly to the convenience. We trimmed a lot around our property and the battery held up just fine. This is our third EZGo product and we couldn’t be happier.

Very satisfied with this trimmer as with my other EGO tools, chain saw and hand held blower. Mower will be next when current mower wears out. Enjoying the freedom from gas, oil. Starts with every pull of the trigger. No pull, pull, pull, on engine pull ropes, then won't start so back to the repair shop.

We just bought the hedge trimmer and have only used it once so far. It worked perfectly for trimming an Elderberry bush. It is a little heavy so it will take some getting used to but totally worth it.

I have been happily using EGO products for years (mower, edge trimmer, blower) and when my old Ryobi gas powered hedge trimmer kept giving me grief, I had no hesitation to switch. Lightweight, nicely balanced, excellent safety features and the extra length of the blades makes trimming a breeze! Plenty of power and will chop through 3/4 inch branches on my cedar hedge easily.

As all the rest of my EGO lawn equipment has performed this one has too. The biggest advantage for me is no more cut electrical cords.

This trimmer is powerful and does a smooth job. It is better suited for someone taller than I am. I'm a female, 5'2" and over 65 years old with hand and arm nerve issues. I managed to get the job done (a false boxwood taller than I am) but being taller and the strength from my younger days would have had an easier time of it.

We have an Ego lawnmower, string trimmer and chainsaw. The new addition of the hedge trimmer is just another example of the powerful torque of electrics, and they are quiet and clean. An excellent tool!

Gets the job accomplished. I do wish that there was alittle more power, and the trimmer was a little longer, but I'm all honesty there is enough, on both stan points, to get the job done properly.
