Very nice machine
Have gone through one season and no major issues. It was a heavier year for snow in southern Ontario. Appears well made. No creaks or loose parts and works like a snowblower should. Things I think could be a bit better: 1. Front end weight. Not often but sometimes I find the machine will float over heavier or packed snow. 2. Not sure if the battery needs time when it first starts, but if I start the machine and begin augering right away,I have had the machine stall out of there is a lot of snow. Issue usually goes away after a lap or two. Overall very happy with its performance. Also super happy I don't have to worry about fuel & engine when storing for the off season.

A must have
This is a must have for any homeowner. I bought this just a blizzard hit our area this past winter. I had zero issues clearing my driveway of heavy and wet snow all on 1 charge.

Customer service upgrade needed
Snowblower is fine. Customer service is something else. My power blower trigger stopped functioning. It took 30 minutes with a very poor-English rep to file a warranty claim. EGO still has the wrong address for my closest service dealer who has sent several communications to EGO to remedy the situation. Hopefully EGO can upgrade their customer service. Thanks. So Nickname is required and you keep rejecting the one I choose. How about we just forget the nickname????
